Unlike many other web sites that have special rules with lots of fine print, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed on CleopatraHilite.com, InstaHilite.com and fashionlovefashion.com (shipping costs apply on international orders), with no minimum order sizes.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from CleopatraHilite.com, InstaHilite.com and fashionlovefashion.com, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days, depending on the shipping services needed and destination location. For the item(s) weight below 13 ounces, USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 days) is chosen. Otherwise, we use either USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS Ground (2 – 5 days).

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply return the item(s) back to us.  At this time, you have to pay the returned shipping.

• With our 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition and quantities.

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

• Products must be in the original condition as you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. For customers’ health reason, any earring category product that has been opened and/or tried cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

• Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
